Our stay was a mix of beautiful scenery and frustrating service. While the grounds of the resort are stunning and the spacious cabins are comfortable, the check-in process was chaotic and left us feeling frustrated. Dining at the resort had its highs and lows, but we appreciated some unique experiences. Overall, the resort has potential but needs to improve its organization and communication.

Sundance Mountain Resort is a beautiful place to ski but should be approached with caution for beginners. The staff offers excellent service, although certain experiences could be improved. While the ski trails are great for experienced skiers, the dining and service aspects left something to be desired during my visit. Overall, the scenic beauty is undeniable, but management needs to address customer service issues.

Sundance is a truly magical place, nestled in the mountains with a serene atmosphere and stunning views. Our family had a wonderful time skiing, with well-trained instructors making the experience enjoyable for the kids and adults alike. The dining options were delicious, especially at the Foundry Grill, although the facilities could use some modern upgrades. Overall, it's a lovely retreat with a lot to offer, but there are a few areas that could enhance the experience even further.
